Returning Student Verification

Returning families should log in to Skyward Family Access to review and verify student information for the 2026–2027 school year.

Proof of residency is required for students who have moved and require a change of address, and students entering grades 6 or 9 for the 2026–2027 school year.

Adding Another Student to Your LHISD Family

If another student in your household already attends Liberty Hill ISD, do not create a separate family account.

Sign in using your existing Skyward Family Access username and password, then select “New Student Enrollment.” Skyward will connect the new student to your existing family account.

Enrollment FAQs

Find answers about enrollment documents, Pre-K, transfers, registration assistance, Special Education services and campus assignments.

Families should have the following documents available before beginning enrollment:

  • Valid government-issued photo identification for the parent/guardian or person registering the student
  • Student birth certificate
  • Complete immunization record signed by a licensed physician
  • Current proof of residency
  • Student Social Security card, if available
  • Most recent report card or transcript
  • Applicable legal documentation, including custody agreements or protective orders
  • Pre-K eligibility documentation, if applicable

Students entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1 of the applicable school year.

Texas school immunization requirements are available through the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Documents may be uploaded during online registration. Having digital copies ready before you begin can help expedite the process.

Families enrolling a new Pre-K student should begin through the New Student Enrollment process in Skyward.

Pre-K eligibility requirements apply. Review Liberty Hill ISD Pre-K information before beginning enrollment.

If you are enrolling a new student and do not have access to a computer or smartphone, please call Liberty Hill ISD at 512-260-5580 for assistance.

Liberty Hill ISD does not accept general out-of-district transfers. Enrollment is generally limited to students who reside within district boundaries.

Limited exceptions may apply under Board policy, and LHISD may offer certain in-district transfer opportunities based on eligibility and campus capacity.
