REGISTER YOUR BUS RIDER FOR THE 2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR HERE

Anyone signing up for transportation service after Aug. 7 will have to wait 3-5 business days before the bus service will be available/assigned.

The Liberty Hill Independent School District Transportation Department is excited to welcome all new and current residents in Liberty Hill ISD. Liberty Hill ISD aims to make transportation safe and efficient for you and your students.

SMART Tag Information

All students are required to have their SMART Tag to board the bus.  Students who do not have a card for 5 days will be required to replace their SMART Tag.

For further information, you may call the Transportation Department Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at 512-379-3250.

SMART Tag replacement badges, sleeves, and lanyards may be purchased online at the Liberty Hill ISD Revtrak website.

Steps to Follow:

  • The 1-time Smart Tag registration.
    • Registering on the Smart Tag portal will be where we upload the bus number, stop location, times of pickup and drop-off, as well as adding people to release to for PreK through 1st grade at the bus stop.

  • Let the campus know when you would like your student to start riding, once steps 1 and 2 are complete.

  • KEEP HANDS, FEET AND ANY OBJECTS INSIDE THE BUS AT ALL TIMES
  • KEEP THE BUS CLEAN 
  • PHONES CANNOT BE SHARED 
  • NO SPEAKERS 
  • NO BULLYING 
  • TREAT THE BUS THE SAME AS YOUR CLASSROOM
