Contractors & Service Providers
The safety of our students is a priority in Liberty Hill ISD. Contractors and service providers must complete required student safety training and any applicable background screening requirements before providing services on an LHISD campus.
Who Should Complete This Process?
Complete this process if you will be providing services on an LHISD campus as:
- An independent contractor or sole proprietor providing services directly to LHISD; or
- An employee or representative of a company or organization providing contracted services to LHISD.
Providing a one-time or limited service?
Screening requirements may differ. Complete the Student Safety Training and Assessment below so LHISD can determine what additional screening, if any, applies to your role.
Approval Process
Complete the steps below to begin the contractor approval process.
Complete the Student Safety Training and Assessment
Review the Contractor Student Safety Training and complete the required assessment. The assessment asks about your role, organization, and the type and frequency of contact you may have with students.
Complete Any Additional Requirements
Based on the information you provide, additional requirements may include:
- Background check authorization forms
- Fingerprinting
- Additional contractor information or documentation
- Contractor Application for independent contractors and sole proprietors
LHISD will provide instructions regarding any additional requirements that apply to you.
Watch for an Email from LHISD
Once your information has been reviewed, LHISD will contact you with any additional steps required to complete the approval process.

- Texas DPS Computerized Criminal History (CCH) Verification Form
Completed forms should be submitted to contractors@libertyhill.txed.net .
Please do not schedule fingerprinting
until you have received an email from IdentoGO.
Before Providing Services
You may not provide services on an LHISD campus until all requirements applicable to your role have been completed and you have received district approval.
