PTO & Booster Clubs
Parent organizations and booster clubs strengthen our schools by supporting students, staff, programs and extracurricular activities throughout Liberty Hill ISD. Find organization links, district guidelines and important resources below.
Liberty Hill ISD values the partnership of parents and community members who volunteer their time and resources to support our schools. PTOs, PPOs and booster clubs are separate organizations that work alongside campus and district leadership while following applicable district policies, financial procedures and UIL requirements.

Annual Reporting
Organizations must submit required officer information and end-of-year financial reporting to the district by the applicable annual deadlines, including the September 1 reporting requirement.
Bylaws
Organizations must maintain bylaws addressing their structure, membership, officers, meetings, finances and other required governance provisions.
Financial Organization
PTOs and booster clubs operate as separate organizations and must obtain their own Employer Identification Number and applicable tax-exempt status. District tax identification and sales permit numbers may not be used.
Fundraiser Approval
Fundraising activities must receive required approval before they begin. This includes online revenue-generating activities and sponsorship packages.
Volunteers
PTO and booster club members serving as district volunteers must complete the applicable LHISD volunteer requirements each year.
Websites & Communications
Organization websites must be externally hosted, clearly identified as PTO or booster club websites and include the district-required disclaimer and current organization contact information.
Important: PTOs, PPOs and booster clubs are separate organizations and do not operate as official Liberty Hill ISD or campus organizations. Activities involving district campuses, programs, students or facilities remain subject to applicable district approval, policies and procedures.
