Facilities Rental

Liberty Hill ISD welcomes the use of district facilities for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities when such use does not interfere with district operations or school activities.

All facility rentals are managed through Facilitron, where users can view available facilities, check availability, receive estimated quotes, submit requests, upload required documentation, and make payments online.

Facilitron is open for public reservations for events occurring through May 8, 2027.

Frequently Asked Questions

What facilities are available?

Available facilities may include cafeterias, cafetoriums, gyms, athletic fields, parking areas, courtyards, auditoriums, and conference rooms. Availability varies by campus and district events.

What are the rental hours?

School-day rentals are generally available from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Non-school-day rentals are generally available from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. All external organizations must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance meeting district requirements.

Can I schedule a tour?

Yes. Tours must be requested at least seven days in advance and are limited to four visitors. Visitors must follow all visitor procedures outlined in the LHISD Student & Parent Handbook.

Before You Submit a Request

Please review the Facility Usage Handbook before submitting a reservation.

Organizations may be required to provide:

Proof of nonprofit status, if applicable
Student roster verification for Group 2 organizations
Certificate of Liability Insurance
Additional documentation depending on the event type

Approval Reminder

Facility requests are not considered approved until all required documentation has been received and reviewed. Final approval rests with Liberty Hill ISD administration.

Facility Restrictions

Facility User Groups

Group	Description
Group 1	Liberty Hill ISD departments, student organizations, and district-sponsored programs.
Group 1.1	PTOs, Booster Clubs, and governmental partners.
Group 2	Nonprofit youth organizations with at least 90% LHISD student participation.
Group 3	Nonprofit organizations that do not qualify for Group 2.
Group 4	For-profit organizations and personal-use rentals.

Organizations seeking Group 2 status may submit a student roster for verification.

Payment, Insurance and Cancellations

Payment

All payment requirements must be satisfied no later than seven days before the scheduled use date.
